Account Temporarily Suspended

I have just posted my views of Yahoo online, providing my name and e-mail. My Yahoo account has been suspended for reasons which I cannot comprehend. First, some 'evil' person replicated my avatar, (blue cross), stole my name (Tommy), and used my avatar and name to post unethical and cruel remarks. This person counterfeited my credentials online , again, to post heresy and blasphemy about the Sacred Scriptures. I have sent nearly fifty e-mails regarding this issue and to file a complaint. I maintain all documention, including files as evidence. However, upon my presentation of these facts, via e-mails to Yahoo, I have received no legitimate reply. The reply Yahoo sent, was a form e-mail, with links which did not apply, nor were relevant. Case in point, link to update to safer internet explorer 8- not applicable. For the reason being that I could not provide answer to sceurity question no. 1 was apparent grounds for Yahoo to temporarily suspend my account, without even addressing my complaint. In fact, Yahoo maintains the most pertinent information regarding the acountee's profile. In this respect, this is total nonsese and absuridity. I have called Yahoo, as they were somewhat indifferent to the issue, would not address the complaint, especially without answering security question no. 1. Furthermore, the rep stated that this complaint would have to be listed online in abuse form, in which I did, about fifty times. The representative from Yahoo did not speak English well and practically enjoyed the aggravation I was experiencing. No resolution was forthcoming, due to the fact of not remembering security question no. 1. This  again, is sheer stupidity, while the principles of Yahoo are in definate need of an overhaul. To negate valid principles and institute pretexts of confusion, is merely defining what Yahoo represents. They treat the masses as a index number, with no insight into customer service, as relating to the issues which are of importance to the account holders. In this sense, the path of Yahoo will be a declining road which leads to nowhere. I have specifically stated via many e-mails that I can corroroborate the facts, by files and documentation, in which I still maintain. I truly am at a loss to understand such things, as I can tolly comprehend the abundance of complaints to Yahoo, that I have viewed by others online. I am a member of the Assembly of Yahweh.
