Greetings - Please try reach a Yahoo Support agent as per the directions below as we are more of general customer support (and your issue may be better hendled by a rep on duty and has access to Yahoo's computer systems)

1. Go to http://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index
2. Select 'Yahoo Account'

3. Select Password & Signin
4. Select 'Forgot my Password'
5. Select 'Email a support Agent'
6. Fill out the form that appear, describing you problem as best as you can
7. Submit the form when done and petiently wait for their reply.

There are three ways to get out of this problem.The options are`60;`60; Option1`58; If you are using All New Email try switching back to Classic to see if that will help. Click Mail Classic to go back to the Yahoo!
