My Yahoo Email And Messenger Have Been Changed, Hacked Or Something. No Access

i cannot access mail or messenger. My email is showing someone else picture and neither will accept my password. I believe its been hacked. I need to delete my account fully. I signed up a new email account, but cannot do in messenger. Help me please!!!
