Your question is hard to follow (especially as you didn't ask one!). but Yahoo will not accept a new account with a password that's already in use. If Yahoo accepted the account, then your new password was actually different—maybe you mistyped what you thought was the old password. If you can't recreate that new password, submit this dialog to reset it.
