Why Is The Online Cancellation Page For Yahoo! Mail Plus Not Working?

Hi there, I have been trying to cancel my Yahoo! Mail Plus service for over 10 days now with no luck. The online cancellation page results in an HTTP error message as soon as I press the Cancel button and several of my emails to the support desk have not yielded any results either. For a procedue that should be very simple this is turning into a nightmare and from what I've read on the internet I am not the only account holder who has had the same problem! Any help would be appreciated and as I live in South Africa I would rather not have to make a costly internaional call to Yahoo! in The States to resolve this issue. Regards Roger
