Dear manager,How are you?I'm Minghe Qiao,living at 11810 South Glen Dr�Apt#101,Houston,TX,77099.The last 4 digitals of my Social security card is 1874.After reading the ads on World Journal Weekly that iTalkBB phone,iTalkBBTV and 50M high speed internet combined together $42, I immediately apply for this plan.Introduced by one representative of iTalkBB,Comcast contacts me and tells me thedate for installation.Three days later two technicians came to my home for installation.At the beginning,I told them to remain my iTalkBB phone and iTalkBB TV,I only order Comcast internet.May be the two men didn't understand me and istalled what they took here.Comcast didn't eMail any price list beforehand,I really don't know the total price.The bill for last month is ￥284.65�it was drown away on web automatically.The bill for this month is $157.57.I have spent phone fee and TV fee,That's to say,I have to pay double fees for two different companies!It's so hard for me to live each day. This is not what I want.it directly influenced my life seriously.I'm 74 years old now,without job or any income,just getting SSI and food stamp,I have to pay $243 for rental.each month .I spent much more money that I shouldn't have spent for two months.So,I ask you for great help to reflect this problem to Comcast and solve it thoroughly..Thank you so much.Minghe qiao
