Our Radio Stopped Working And Will Not Reset. Radio Id: Ej8cn04h
I'm very tires of this happening all the time- I want this account fixed once and for all.
I just got off the phone with someone that I could hardly understand- I have to wait 15 minutes to see if it reset.
If it does NOT I wnat someone I can actually comunicate with to rectify tgis issue.
Also, I want an adjustment on my bill for my inconvenience.
