How Can I Get A Radio Refreshed? I Do Not Have The Serial Number Cause It Is In

How can I get my wifes radio in her car refreshed- can I have the siganl sent to all of the radios-I cannot reach her where she is at the moment. Is there a way to see which radio it is-hers is an indash Toyota model radio. Mine is working fine so I think it simply needs to be refreshed? I also cannot visit the website and do it that way from where I am.
