Cannot Get Anything But The Memue Announcement.

I have hooked my XM portable unit to a new car. I am dialed in to 89.7 and getting the menu announcment. I cannot get diffrent channels? What am I doing wrong?

It appears you may need to activate your reciever. TO do this, you will neecd your radio ID (tune to channel 0 and it will display your ID), then you can call 1-800-967-2346 ro activate/subscribe or visit https://care.siriusxm.com/login_view.action
