Can I Use The Account That I Have In Usa In Argentina And Chile?

I already have an account with XM radio in Colorado (USA), I am travelling to Argentina and Chile in January, and I was wondering if I can use the same account or I need to do further arrangements to get the service there. Thanks, Ana
