Why I Am I Paying For Online Xm Radio Service That I've Never Recieved.

I HAVE FOR SOMETIME BEEN TRYING TO ACCESS XM RADIO THROUGH THE INTERNET TO NO AVAIL. IF I CAN'T GET XM ON LINE THEN I SHOULDN'T BE charged for it.
