Order Number: I Can Not Track This Package Past June 25.

Unfortunately between the time I was told this order would be sent, and the time it was actually sent, We hadleft Mississippi to come to our summer home in Rhode Island. I have contacted and the forward , but so far I have had no success in trying to locate the replacement Worx trimmer..  I have been wondering if the trimmer had been sent back to Worx. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
