You can choose your font, icon, color, text and more to make it uniquely yours. That being said, it's very unlikely, but as the logo does not solely belong to you, it's possible that someone may design a similar (or same) logo. It's up to you to make your design as unique as you can to prevent someone creating the same one.
If you're interested in placing a trademark on your logo design, you'll need to do so with the help of an attorney familiar with the laws in your state or country.
