HiI saw your advertisement, it seems you can provide good service.After I signed on my account, I found once paid, DIY, very hard to find your support.Also, I have signed on your 14 days trial, it specified it can be refund without any question.Totally you have charged me about US 131, I wondered why so many charges, but I read your statement, it only has a US 7 charges, why not listed all your charges.Now I only signed on about 7 days, it is within your plan 14 days trail. I request full refund, it is about US 131. Also I request to terminate my plan immediately and refund immediately. It is not only US 7, I requested full refund.I also point out, it is hard to find support in your site, even no way.Please response my request.
