How To I Personally Contact Windows Live Through Email, Im, Or Phone??

My email has been blocked becaused it has been hacked.  That is not the problem.  It is because my 2nd email is no longer in service since my wife, kappy Chermak retired in March.  So I cannot retrieve the code I need to reste my password.  I need to contact someone at Windows Live to remedy this delema.  I would be easy if they would just send the code to my wife home email.  But I need to be able to contact them some how.  On their "help" site they say I need to sign in to get help...when I do, it says "your email has bee block"  NO JOKE!!! Lou Chermak I am sending my wifes email because mine is blocked and I won't ger your response.
