Icant Sign Into My Windows Live Account. I Have Tried Everything!!! Cant Reset

A couple of days ago I was asked by WL to reset password (?) out of the blue. I did but then yesterday it kept asking me for the 6 letter code and everytime I typed it in, it said it was wrong. So I got locked out and it takes me to change your password page but then tells me the instructions will be sent to my email address?? I can't open my EMAIL! This password was about 8 years old!! What's next??

If you have forgotten your Windows Live ID password, follow these steps to rest the password: Visit the following Web page, and then click Forgot your password?: http://account.live.com (http://account.live.com)

Note: To access the Forgot your password option, you may have to either select or move the pointer over the appropriate Windows Live ID that you want to reset the password for. Type your Windows Live ID, type the characters that appear in the Picture box, and then click Continue. On the Reset your password page, you must select the method by which you want to reset your password. Then, follow the steps to complete the password reset. You have successfully reset your password when you receive the following message:

You've changed your password Click Done to continue.

If you know your password but you want to change it, follow these steps: Visit the following Web page: http://account.live.com (http://account.live.com) Sign in by using your Windows Live ID and password. On the Account page, click Change next to Password. In the corresponding boxes, enter the following information, and then click Save: Old password New password New password again

Important: If you selected the check box next to Save my Password when you signed in to the service, and if you then change your password, make sure that you now clear the check box next to Save my Password. Then, try to sign in.
