Help With Loss Of E-mails, Information And Access To Hotmail Sites.

To Hotmail Team From : Sweet-ricecrispy @hotmail.com     :       Dear sir, I am dyslexic and computer alliterate. I have not been into some of my e-mail addresses for a good period as I have not had a computer to do so, or have not had the access to do this. I need help with a problem I am having with logging into a site I used for my business. This site had contacts and e-mail addresses on it, and business information I need to access. The site as I remember was " [email protected] " I have not accessed this site for a few years but need the information saved on it. I can not get into the address above even though the pass word on all the e-mail address's I used was the same. I have been able to access the two e-mail addresses below, but have lost all the information stored on the       " [email protected] " address as stated below.Also I was able to access an e-mail address that I used while in Australia several years ago, but found that all my saved messages and the details, and reply addresses of the persons that sent these messages were not showing. When I last used the site there were 452 saved messages. Today when I accessed the e-mail address that I was using in Australia, which was " [email protected]" there were no saved messages showing and only one message sent today from the hotmail team. Can you tell me where and how to retrieve the missing information originally left on the hotmail site under this address. I now seem not to have details to renew contacts with these people and important information stored, seems to have now been lost when I believed that this information was safe in storage being stored in this way. My contact details are  " 01275 - 870087 "  or                         " 07989 - 633469 "   in England.   My e-mail address is :            " [email protected] "  but verbal help is always better because of my dyslexia. But help is needed and I would be grateful of any assistance you can give me.   It may be that this site is now something Live ?, when I first used the hotmail sites it was 2005 and I believe it was only called hotmail at that point.  I have not been able to go on line and was not on line for a period when you went live as I had no access to a computer or the Internet until just recently. There are also two other e-mail addresses I have previously used and have also found that I am unable to access them and would like help in rectifying this.
