Greetings - Is it the email address that you forgot or the password - well if it is the email address you, can just try to think of people you have emailed in the past, contact one of them and ask him/her to look up one of your mails and the associated address from his/her inbox. If it it the password you forgot, you just have to
http://accont.live.come/ResetPassword.aspx
- enter your Windows live address on the first box and the characters you see below on the second box and hit "Next" - you will then be provided with other options to reclaime you account.
