Cannot Get The Link Which Microsoft Says Was Sent Me 2 Days Now To Change Pass

I have automatic"change passowrd" set up with my live account. For 2 days I have been trying to chnage it but my old password is not working. Microsoft has been telling me for 2 days now " we have verified that you are the owner of this account.We have sent a link to change the password but I HAVE RECEIVED NO LINKS.Finall,last night,I was told wait for 24 hours as "you have tried this procedure too many times." I do not know how to speak to someone as I get only recordings

Try checking your SPAM/Junk Mail folder. Sometimes things will end up in there accidentaly. Also, it's possible it sent the email to your alternate email address so check any other email accounts you have as well.
