Ive Recieved An Email Asking Me To Answer Questions About My Email Adress Or It
will be cut off and i wont have a emaill account could you let me now if it is safe to answer the question about my email address please.

Do not answer the email. It is likely a phishing scam attempt.
Instead contact the hotmail help people yourself. If you initiate the contact then you can be pretty sure you are talking to hotm ail and not some hacker.
