I Have A Whirlpool Washing Machine Model #wfw9150wwoo About Every 20 Loads It Q

I have a whirlpool washing machine model #wfw9150ww00. about every 20 loads it stops spinning. The motor continues to run but the drum doesn't move. It has to be unplugged for 20 minutes before it will restart. Is there a recall for this machine? I know someone else who has the same problem with this same machine.
