My Cabrio Washer Dispensers Don't Dispense

None of the dispensers work they stay full hoses are clean dispensers are clean inlet valve screens are clean it does seem like it fills slower than it used to ? Bad water inlet valve? Control board? I don't want to just throw parts at it. Thanks...
