Cabrio- Sd Error

Whirlpool WTW6200VW - Cabrio - WasherThe cabrio washer will not finish washing load of laundry. At end of wash cycle, it displays 'sd' and will not continue. We have tried putting load on rinse and spin or drain and spin and it still ends up on sd error. We have also tried running an empty washer to rinse filter, but it wont finish either.
