Most times it's the actuator. You have a tech sheet glued to the inside of the front panel which gives you instructions on how to determine the possible fault.

Follow instruction EXACTLY. Do NOT VARY or you will probaly buy the wrong part.

TO GET THE TECH SHEET, lean machine against the wall at an angle to keep it from falling on you. REMOVE sound barrier if encountered. THEN look up the front panel on the inside, you should see a bag with instructions. Tear the bag and pull the instructions. PUT in another bag after use and tape on the backside of front panel.
