Washer Keeps Cyclung

My washer will complete a full cycle but if I don't stop it manually by holding the start/stop button to cancel it, it will just keep cycling over and over. Is there a way to reset it?

It sounds like the speed control is malfunctioning. The timer motor will not run continuously. It is the speed control unit that controls the timer and tells it when to advance. If the washer is repeating the cycles, then the speed control will need to be replaced.
