Whirlpool Wtw4800xq1 Washing Machine Scraping Noise

Whirlpool WTW4800XQ1 Washing Machine yesterday started making a scraping noise in the cycles when it is moving back and forth.  When it turned off I turned the agitator but I don't hear the noise, but when you run the machine the noise is there in those cycles.  What could it be causing it to do that?
