Whirlpool Washing Machine

My washer will go into the sensing mode but will not wash... The water fills but then the lid lock comes off and it will not continue to wash or any of the further cycles.

As of this writing Help Owl staff has failed to identify your product. I'm sorry for the error, but what I can do is walk you through the process I'd use if I knew the correct model number. This should quickly give you your answer.

Go to the Repair Clinic page at
