The Refrigerator Part Of My Unit Is Not Working.
I've tried everything. Wonder if it is a packing issue. One Question. In the back side upper there is a small retangular which looks to be an air vent. There is what looks like packing material that surrounds it on the inside--does not cover it. Is this a part of the refrigerator--it is not metal or plastic. And could this be covering the air vent. I cannot find any material on the packing that is used to transport the refrigerator.
