Refrigerator Will Not Cool

I bought refrigerator 3 years ago used it for 2 years put in storage for 1 year just put in new home and it will not get cold. The refrigerator was upright through move and storage.

Check both thermostats one for freezer and fridge. Does the compressor running at all, you should be able to hear it start up.

Cooling is mainly due to gas, if the gas is no longer there due to leaking you will need seal the leaking spot and refill the gas.
