Wrf990slam Compressor Amperage

compressor existing amprg: 0.9 by amprobe test what is the proper rating and is this hermetically sealed compressor variable amp?

Here is the compressor label showing 3.3 A, but that will vary according to the load on the unit. I see nothing stating it is hermetically sealed but with the pressure it's under I would would think it would be sealed.
