Whirpool Cabrio Dryer Wgd6400sw0 Shows Two Dashes In Estimated Time ?remaining

Our Whirpool Cabrio dryer model WGD6400SW0, shows two dashes in Estimated Time Remaining when we turn it on and try to set the Cycle to Delicate, Touch Up, Quick Dry or Timed Dry. The dyer beeps when we push Start in any of these cycles and does not start. The other cycles, Heavy Duty, Normal and Casual, work without any problems. Is there a way to make the Delicate, Touch Up, Quick Dry and Timed Dry cycles work again. We can live without them, but having at at least Timed Dry cycle working would be a good thing. What part needs to be replaced?

The alarm is set off when the freezer is out of the differential range of the set-point, the freezer is still too warm. If you press the alarm button, the sound will stop but the light will stay on. If the unit is working correctly and cooling properly, this light should go out once the cabinet temperature gets close to the set-point temperature.
