Is This A Defect

I have have my washer since nov 2011 and have had to replace 2 of the baffles in the durm. one about 6 week ago and the other last week the 2 week of Jan 2012. The repair man that came out said this was a proble and I would have to replace the again. Is there not a permaent repair for this problem model wfw9750ww01 Thanks
