Code F6 E1

The Machine don't works. It's turn on, looked the door, but not procedure the next step. We changed the motor and MCU, but nothing changed. We live in Brazil.

the f6e1 error code indicates that the communication between the main control board and the motor control unit is not being sent correctly. they're not communicating to each other properly. one of the control boards may need to be replaced or it could be a wiring issue.
in order to properly troubleshoot and isolate the defected part, electrical tests will need to be performed with a multimeter. sears recommends having a technician involved for these checks.
