Error Codes E01 F09

Yesterday my son washed his comforter and now we keep getting the error codes E01 F09.  I am pretty certain the drain pump filter is clogged.  I need to find out how to get access to this part.

F09 is an overflow error. Details and solution here. E01 is for the dryer: thermistor should be replaced.

This unit does not have a access panel, so the top and front need to be removed to get to the pump. Call an appliance service as there are many parts to be remove. You are right and to two above answer are wrong. The pump and or the inner tub are clogged with batting.

You have used to much landry soap. The washer is clogged with too much soap. Run the clean washer cycle through untill it washes all the excess soap out, you will need to run it though untill it stops the error code. All you need to use for a full load is 2 tablespoons of the HE soap.

Since this model does not have a service access panel, you will need to remove the top and the front of the washer. The pump in in the lower section. I service these machines and it takes about 45 minutes if you know how to do it. A home owner will need about 3 hours. Its time to call a appliance repair person!!!!!
