Dish Wsr Du1055xtst1 Washing 3mins Then Nothing

comes on and washing light appears for about 2:50min. and then nothing pump resistance measures 24 ohms not 16.3 as spec'd in repair leaflet new board, still nothing

IT WAS THE CONTROL panel (button panel) washer less than 2 years old and Whirlpool sez sorry we can't help you.. when these items used to last 10 years or greater? The traces on the surface were compromised from outside pressure and disconnected. I pealed off the outside button cover and saw black traces. I cleaned off the areas and re-established them with a Circuit pen from radio shack. The newer pen takes 24 hours to dry. This is delicate work and be sure you don't short them. I had the old pen which was quick dry and they shorted after a week so I pealed back again and put some teflon tape over the traces after removing the shorts. (symptome od short were dimly lit LEDs on panel) Seems like the adhesive may have blended and mised the traces.
