Duet Ht Washer

Hello, I have a Duet ht front load washer. It has been great... As of late I am getting an f 71 error code. I have no idea at what stage in the wash cycle this is happening. There is never soap left but sometimes fabrick softener. In the past I was able to just shut off the washer and start it over. it's not working that way now... What can i do?
