Size Doesnt Matter

Large or small load, towels or shirts, the washer stops and signals LOFL 15-18 minutes before end of wash program. Both hot and cold water are on tight and turned up. Hot water available. Drain hose clear. Drains clear. Drain filter has water, but no lint. Washer is sitting level on solid floor. HELP
