Whirlpool Duet Ht Electrical IssuesWfw9200sqa12

Had the Duet washer/dryer installed new when my custom home was finished 3 yrs ago. Since day one,it works fine, then other times push a button to start and it kicks off quickly. Some times if you hold the start button till water starts running it will continue the cycle.  If you change the default programs,it will keep kicking off and one won't do a load that day.  I can just about get it to kick off to the piss off mode(I named it that)  My ex wife tried to get Best Buy in Anchorage (who sold it to us)said they don't make service calls 60 miles away.  So its never seen a tech. I've read about circuit board with crappy solder points, and really haven't read many positive results.  Not sure if I should take it to the landfill or have a tech come out.  Another issue is trying to keep it balanced, the damn thing vibrates like a dirt plate compactor.I was told it was because it sits on a wood floor rather then cement.
