Why Is The Heat In My Dryer Is Not Working?

Hello  I have a Whirlpool Cabrio WED6400swd dryer and there is no heat.  It turns, runs perfect but when I went to take out the cloths they were still wet.  I checked all the setting and they were correct but there is no heat.  i have also checked the fuses and heating vent no problems there either.  What could be the problem??
