Any Recalls For This Dryer

I have had this dryer since 2008 and it's great BUT the lint keeps building up in the back of the dryer and the drum is holding tons of lint. We empty the lint filter every time we dry clothes and have the dryer vent professionally cleaned once a year. What could the problem be? There. Is only a small part that goes from back of dryer to the long vent that travel up to a low roof. Thank you in advance for your help.
