Belt Is Off

My dryer does not turn.  I noticed the the belt is off of the pulley.  When  I opened up the back the pulley was laying on the bottom of the dryer on the right hand side.  Where do I attach it so I can put the belt back on?

THE MODEL # IS WED5200VQD. I NOTICED A CLIP OR SOMETHING AT THE TOP RIGHT OF THE INSIDE OF THE DOOR....
