Is There A Fuse In The Whirpool Model Ed5kvexb00

I shortted the power when tring to check power at the thermostat control. The power to the fan and compressor whent out. there is still power to the light. My compressor will not start. It has the correct oms, the capacitor works, I have a new start relay. I messed up tying to run down the power trail and shorted out. need to get all the power back
