What Screws Are Required To Install Lower Bracket On Skt60 Trim

What Screws Are Required To Install Lower Bracket On Skt60 Trim??? I Know There Are 4 Screws Required But I Dont Know What Type. I Got The 5/16" Hex Head Ones But They Dont Fit.
