Whirlpool Front-loading Washer

I have a whirlpool front loading washer and it starts the wash cycle fine but when it's time to drain and spin it stops and beeps 3 fast beeps continuously. I have already unplugged it and chose drain and spin and that works sometimes. Does anyone have any ideas about what the problem is?
