Main Panel Display Inoperative

My Refrigerator model GSF26C4EXS is not producing water or ice and the main control board on the front of the freezer section is dead. I've already installed a new board but unfortunately this didn't solve the issue.I can't find any wiring diagrams to help trouble shoot. I have power to the board on the rear of the unit and power to compressor etc. I don't seem to have any power to the solenoid valves in the bottom right corner but can't trace back to a source to even know if that's my issue. Are there fuses in this system and if so where might they be locatedAny help would be appreciated.Thank you.Jon
