Hi,

this particular model based upon reviews has had a lot of tech issues with it ..from issues with display, error codes , and even parts malfunctioning. this model has also been discontinued and there are no instructions in manual on how to resolve except for to contact whirlpool directly for a service call.

i believe with it comes with a 1 year warranty and then you could have purchased extended warranty .

if you will need to pay for repair expect to pay anywhere from $200-600 for parts/labor/service call charges (varies) . maybe see if you can get a quote and decide if its worth hassle or maybe purchase a new microwave .
