Freezer Temperature Is Too Warm.
The items in the the top to middle shelves of my freezer are not solidly frozen. The items on the bottom shelf are still frozen. The temperature indicator is ranging fro 15 degrees to 25 degrees For freezer. The fridge side appears normal. Any suggestion as to what could be causing this problem? hanks.
