Turning Out Interior Lights

I have a GC3SHAXVY02 refirgerator in Motorhome which is turned off when not in use. The doors must remain open to prevent mold. I have turned the cooling off but lights remain on. I cannot access the plug. I have wedged something between the button and the doors. Is there a way  to turn out the interior lights from the panel as I do not see any controls within the box iteself?
