Whirlpool Refrigerator Ice Dispenser Motor Not Working

I have a Whirlpool refrigerator (Model #ED5LHAXMB00). The ice dispenser in the door stopped working. I took the front dispenser cover off and started trouble shooting the wiring using the wiring diagram I received with the fridge. The diagram has the following table which shows the reversed polarity developed by selecting either the cubed or crushed ice: BR/WH RD/WH crush - + cube + - My first assumption is that the + represents (approx.) 120 V (AC) and the - represents zero or some small negative voltage. Is this correct? I forgot which one it was now but, one of the + readings was approx. 65v instead of 120v. This seems to indicate that one of the switches contained in the front dispenser panel is not working properly. I was able to isolate the ice dispenser motor by disconnecting the connector and I measured about 54 Ohms measuring between the leads which provide the 120v to the motor. This seemed reasonable to me that this was the motor resistance and made me feel like the motor was not the problem. Do you agree? A new front dispenser panel is about $150 and I wanted to try and determine if this was the problem before just buying parts to swap out to see if it fixed the problem. Any other suggestions?
