Setting Controls On The Refrigerator

We bought our refrigerator in June, 2011.  A warranty repair man came.  He programmed the refrig. to defrost and said it would reset itself after 20 minutes.  The compressor shut off and never went back on.  All of our food spoiled.  What can we do?  We are very upset.

The first thing is to get service back to repair the unit it's still under warranty. The next thing I would do is file a claim for your spoiled contents with the repair service. If it can't be repaired call the manufacturer to have it replaced.
